I'm giving myself a big gift today ... nothing! Well, actually I'm giving myself relaxation and mindlessness which is something my brain doesn't like too much. It usually becomes a tug of war between getting lost in simple thoughts that don't have direction or meaning and the driven part of my personality that loves to be a little too goal orientated. Did you think I chose 'goalless', as a goal, for fun ... hahahaha! No, it's not a goal, I promise!
