I can't remember when last I had such a horrid headache. I can hardly see straight and we still have our feelings night tonight, which I hate cancelling.
I'm sure it's because I've cut out the sugar and gluten and this is day 2 ... my body is in shock!
So it's a headache pill and setting my alarm for a few hours when it's time to get up, cook and try be human for a few hours.
Ouch ...
